What I collect through this site, how I use it, and your choices.
What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, whether you want to buy or sell, and any note you add. I also record which form you used and whether you said I can text you.
How I use it
- To reply to your question and send any guide you asked for.
- To follow up about buying or selling a home, if you asked me to.
- To keep a record of our conversation in my customer system.
Where it goes
Your details are saved in a private spreadsheet and passed into my customer management system, ONE Suite, provided through Realty ONE Group. A connection service (Zapier) moves the information between them. If you use the home value tool, that form is run by Homebot, and its own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
What I don't do
I don't sell your information. I share it only with the services above and the people who help with your transaction, such as a lender, title company or my brokerage, when that is part of the work you asked me to do, or when the law requires it.
Texts and calls
I text you only if you check the box on the form or message me first. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and I will stop. Agreeing to texts is never required to work with me.
Your choices
You can ask me to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email kodycookere@gmail.com or call or text (480) 721-2140.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. If I add analytics later, I will update this page.
